Victory Services Club has been in existence since 1907, located on Seymour Street, London. The Club operates as a charity with memberships exclusively for serving members of the armed forces, veterans and their families. The Club provides hotel accommodation, fine dining with conference and function rooms.
Hamson Barron Smith were engaged to provide initial feasibility proposals, design and contract management for the replacement of the club’s old age expired boiler plant.
The project replaced oil fired and gas fired boiler plant located in two plant rooms with a new central boiler plant arrangement using gas fired boilers. The project was undertaken whilst the club remained fully operational with hot water provision maintained during the plant replacement.
