Director of Architecture
Jon Greenfield

Biography

Over the course of his career, Jon and has designed numerous projects across a range of sectors, with varying degrees of budget, constraints, opportunities and engagement. Jon has extensive experience in delivering contemporary education projects and Arts buildings, particularly those that relate strongly to their context. Early in his career he delivered the Globe Theatre reconstruction and its surrounding arts complex and he recently designed the auditorium and interior of the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse at Shakespeare’s Globe in London. He is a former Chair of RIBA East.

Director of Consultancy Services
Paul Venn

Biography

Paul is the director in charge of consultancy services and has specialist advisory experience in strategic infrastructure planning for large scale capital investment programmes. He has worked with public and private sector clients in wide ranging capacities such as facilitating and leading stakeholder consultation and engagement, as well as briefing and delivering strategy development for schemes valued up to £180m. Paul has also overseen the management and delivery of high profile design, cost management and delivery programmes such as Technical Advisers to the Government (Department for Education) for the City Academy, Sure Start Children’s Centres and Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programmes.

Director of Surveying, Development & Building Services
Peter Giles

Biography

Peter is the director responsible for surveying services and development. He has previous leadership experience at a number of practices in the public and commercial property sectors. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is a registered CDM Coordinator. Throughout his career, Peter has gained a high level of building pathology and construction knowledge by providing a broad range of professional services including project management, contract administration and CDMC roles in sectors such as education, residential and healthcare.
