The project is part of a major redevelopment plan at Manor Park, University of Surrey. Phase 2 of the scheme comprises 1000 new student bedrooms across 3 accommodation blocks, with associated kitchen, laundry and social study facilities.

HBS provided detailed building services engineering design services for the employer’s requirements, thereafter acting as the University’s technical consultant monitoring the Contractor’s design and installation.

The designs utilised BIM in RevitMEP—allowing detailed coordination of the services design.
