Planning approval has been granted on Hamson Barron Smith’s residential scheme for Northumberland Street in Norwich.

Last week, Norwich City Council gave the go-ahead for 36 mixed tenure residential properties consisting of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, as well as a number of three-bedroom homes.

Our design team was able to meet demanding timescales, and aided by a proactive relationship with the planning officer – the application was unanimously approved by the Planning Committee.

Client Waterfield Dudley will be progressing with the construction phase at the beginning of 2017.
